In January 2015, Danielle opened Trix Academy in Little Eaton, Derby, offering gymnastics classes to boys and girls age 1-17 years. Danielle qualified as a Gymnastics Coach in 2005 and Cheerleading Instructor in 2011. After graduating with a BA (Hons) Dance Degree from Roehampton University London in June 2012, she combined her qualifications to establish Trix Academy, initially operating from a local community hall. Trix now has 500 members participating in classes Monday to Saturday.

My name is Danielle, I am a mum of three, I started Gymnastics at the age of 7 where I progressed to compete in club, regional, national and international events. After having not competed for over ten years I decided to enter myself into the Adult British Championships in 2023 and to my amazement achieved a Silver Medal! This inspired me to continue and I managed to maintain my Silver title at the 2024 Championships against gymnasts my age and level from all across Great Britain!
